Klaus Moser is an Independent Consultant, was General Manager at Sanofi Pasteur MSD, worked in various management positions at Pfizer, was Director Strategy at Pfizer, was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a researcher at the TUM Research Centre for Mass Customization & Customer Integration, Technische Universitaet Muenchen, Germany.
Klaus Moser´s research focus and interest are to explore Direct-to-Patient strategies in the Health Care industry, as well as to research strategies, competencies and types of mass customization across several industries. Klaus Moser's main research objective is to explore the different mass customization business strategies.
From his work together with the first German Industry Research Group on Mass Customization at the TUM and the International Mass Customization Casebook project Klaus Moser empirically identified different mass customization strategies. The results from this case study research are published: 'MC Strategies'.
